replacement cost of $63.85 for repair of rock chip to my car window, on 3/17/05/ done by Safelite Glass Corp., 6503 NW 8th AVe., Miami, FL 33169/ph. 561-337-0600//at the time of the repair, I attempted to call Progressive's 800 # as I was told by my agent/I could not get through to their confusing automatic phone answering system/the repairman was waiting to get started and indicated he wanted his money on the spot so I gave him my check/

I looked on my policy and THERE WAS NOT ADDRESS to send my reimbursement request to/I found an address in Tampa at PO Box 31033 from an old bill invoice and sent my letter there with copies of my check and copies of the Safelite docs on 3/18/05//I HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM//

on 4/26/05 I found the company's address in OHIO and sent copies of my docs to Office of the President/ Progressive Auto Insurance//my policy # is 20292598-3//to date/ 5/13/05/I HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM!!/Please see what you can do to get me my $63.85 reimbursement for the rock chip repair to my 04 Pontiac G6//
